Cancellation Policy

A late cancellation or no show to an appointment will result in a $125 fee. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advanced as your appointment time can be given to another individual. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment constitutes a no show, your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
